Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Monk Fruit
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, monk fruit, salt and baking powder.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and egg.
  • Then, fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
  • Next, fold the berries into the mixture.
  • Place the dough onto the lined pan in a round shape like pizza dough.
  • Cut the disk into 8 pieces like a pizza pie.
  • Then, move the pieces about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Serve with butter or whipped cream topping.
