Ingredients
12ozbroccoli slaw
¼cupparsley chopped
2Tbspmayonnaiseavocado oil
1Tbspapple cider vinegar
1tspwhole celery seed
Sea salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Start by shredding the veggies. You will need mostly cabbage and broccoli stalk shredded and a minimal amount of carrots for a pop of color and nutrients with making it carrot and carb heavy.
If you are using the bag broccoli slaw, you can jump right into the recipe.
Add broccoli slaw, parsley, avocado oil mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and celery seed to a large glass bowl and stir to combine.
Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for a couple hours to chill, if desired to meld the ingredients and flavors.
