We made this Zucchini Slice and it was so GOOD. It is an easy to make recipe that is low carb keto friendly that you can make ahead.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Cups Zucchini grated
  • Avocado Oil

Instructions

  • Start by grating the zucchini into a bowl.
  • Then, in a kitchen towel add the zucchini and squeeze the water out of it.
  • Add the grated zucchini, almond flour, grated cheddar cheese, eggs, salt and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until fully combined.
  • Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.
  • Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper.
  • Set the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Slice into squares or long rectangles for dipping and serve.
