Ingredients

  • 10 Kalamata Olives
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 Romain Heart
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Tomatoes

Keto Greek Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano

Instructions

  • Start by cutting up your vegetables - cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, and lettuce into small bite sized pieces.
  • Next, cut the feta into cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the fruits, vegetables, and feta and mix together.
  • In another mixing bowl, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, diced garlic, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Then, whisk the dressing together.
  • Next, pour the greek dressing over the salad.
  • Serve cold.
