In another mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and egg.
Then, fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
Next, fold the berries into the mixture.
Place the dough onto the lined pan in a round shape like pizza dough.
Cut the disk into 8 pieces like a pizza pie.
Then, move the pieces about 1 inch apart.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve with butter or whipped cream topping.
