This is a tiktok Egg Sandwich Recipe is a super easy way to make a Keto Egg Sandwich. It is like a French toast bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich that can be made in a single frying pan.

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 slices keto bread
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cheese


  • First, whisk Egg and heavy cream until they are full combined.
  • Then, heat a medium to large sized frying pan. You need it big enough to fit the two slices of bread. Be sure to grease it so the eggs don’t stick when you try to flip it.
  • Pour the eggs into the greased frying pan over medium heat.
  • Place two slices of bread into a frying pan on top of the egg and make sure to soak each side.
  • While the eggs were cooking, I heated up some pre-cooked slices of bacon in the microwave. Some might view this as a sacrilege, but I find if you are using them as part of a sandwich or a topping they work perfectly fine.
  • When egg is cooked flip the bread and the eggs over to reveal the inside of the sandwich.
  • Once it is flipped putcheese on one side and bacon in the other. Then close the sandwhich and brown each side until the cheese is fully melted.
