- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 16 oz cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp jalapeno
Heat a pot over low-medium heat on the stove
Dice and seed the Jalapeno.
Melt the butter in the pot.
Saute' the diced jalapeno
Then, add the cream, constantly stirring
Add the flour and continue stirring, letting the mixture thicken slightly. It will not thicken as much as regular flour.
Add the cheese one cup at a time, letting it melt down and continually stirring
Once the sauce is mixed then pour warm over a plate of Keto Low Carb Nachos
