Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 16 oz cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno

Instructions

  • Heat a pot over low-medium heat on the stove
  • Dice and seed the Jalapeno.
  • Melt the butter in the pot.
  • Saute' the diced jalapeno
  • Then, add the cream, constantly stirring
  • Add the flour and continue stirring, letting the mixture thicken slightly. It will not thicken as much as regular flour.
  • Add the cheese one cup at a time, letting it melt down and continually stirring
  • Once the sauce is mixed then pour warm over a plate of Keto Low Carb Nachos
