Start by washing your green beans. Then, dry them off thoroughly with a towel making sure that they are completely dry. Any water will make them soggy and affect your end result.
In a bowl combine 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper, and garlic salt making sure to coat the green beans in oil and spices.
Pre-heat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Add the green beans to the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Half way through the cooking, use oven mitts to take the air fryer basket out and give the green beans a good shake.
Continue the air frying until the end.
Serve as a side dish to a low carb main course.
