  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 12 oz Green Beans
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper


  • Start by washing your green beans. Then, dry them off thoroughly with a towel making sure that they are completely dry. Any water will make them soggy and affect your end result.
  • In a bowl combine 1 tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper, and garlic salt making sure to coat the green beans in oil and spices.
  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • Add the green beans to the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Half way through the cooking, use oven mitts to take the air fryer basket out and give the green beans a good shake.
  • Continue the air frying until the end.
  • Serve as a side dish to a low carb main course.
