- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 head Broccoli
- 2 tbsp sesame seed oil
Firstly, cut the head of broccoli into broccoli florets.
In a skillet on medium heat, add avocado oil. Then, add the beef with salt and pepper. Brown the beef.
Next, remove the beef and set aside using a slotted spoon.
Add the broccoli florets into the skillet.
Next, add the soy sauce, vinegar,
Sauté the broccoli for 3 minutes.
Then, add the beef back into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
Then, add the sesame seed oil and cook for another minute.
Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
