  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil


  • Firstly, cut the head of broccoli into broccoli florets.
  • In a skillet on medium heat, add avocado oil. Then, add the beef with salt and pepper. Brown the beef.
  • Next, remove the beef and set aside using a slotted spoon.
  • Add the broccoli florets into the skillet.
  • Next, add the soy sauce, vinegar,
  • Sauté the broccoli for 3 minutes.
  • Then, add the beef back into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then, add the sesame seed oil and cook for another minute.
  • Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
