Start by mixing the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. You will add the grated parmesan cheese, almond flour, paprika, and salt and pepper.
Next, add the eggs to another bowl and whisk them together.
Cut the cauliflower head into small cauliflower florets.
Dip the cauliflower florets into the flour mix. Then, dip into the egg.
Finally, dip the cauliflower into the flour mixture again.
Dip the rest of the cauliflower in the same way.
Add the dipped cauliflower into the bottom of the air fryer in one layer. Don't pile them up and leave a little bit of space between the cauliflower to let the air flow.
Making the Bang Bang Sauce
While the cauliflower is cooking in the air fryer, you can make the Bang Bang Sauce.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, mayo, and sriracha until combined.
When the cauliflower comes out of the air fryer dip it into the bang bang sauce until coated. Garnish with diced green onions.
