Ingredients

  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 drops monk fruit
  • 8 drops stevia
  • 3 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Start by taking the cream cheese out of the fridge and let it soften on the counter.
  • Add the cream cheese to the stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix until the cream cheese is light and fluffy.
  • Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and remove any cream cheese from the paddle attachment.
  • Turn the mixer on slow and slowly add in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese.
  • Then, add in the stevia, monk fruit, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Garnish with chocolate chips or Cacau nibs.
