5 Minute Keto Fudge

This Keto Fudge recipe is super chocolatey and delicious! It hits the spot when you are craving something sweet on the Keto Diet.

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Lily's Baking Chocolate Chips
  • 4 oz full fat coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Start by adding the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl.
  • Then, add the coconut milk (or heavy whipping cream) and butter into the bowl without mixing.
  • Add the bowl into the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Take out the bowl and mix everything together.
  • Add the bowl back into the microwave in 30 second intervals mixing the ingredients every time until you get a liquid consistence without any chunks of chocolate left.
  • Next, add then the vanilla extract and mix everything together.
  • Then, add the walnut and mix.
  • Line a small brownie pan with parchment paper or foil. *
  • NOTE: * I cut 2 pieces of parchment paper so that it lined all the sides of the dish.
  • Add the fudge mix into the parchment lined dish.
  • Put the sugar free fudge into the fridge for at least 2 hours to set it.
  • To get 18 portions, cut the fudge into 3 length wise and then cut them into six.
