Start by pre-heat oven to 350°f.
Then, spray an 8” x 8” casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
If using fresh broccoli, cut them into florets and add to a microwave safe bowl with 1/4 inch water at the bottom. Microwave for 2 minutes.
If you are using frozen broccoli, thaw on the counter or in the microwave.
Next, drain the broccoli and transfer broccoli to prepared casserole dish.
Spread out the broccoli into a uniform layer.
Then, top with shredded cheese.
Next, add a layer of crumbled bacon and side aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the heavy cream, and spices - onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and oregano.
Season with salt and black pepper, as desired.
Then, pour the egg mixture over the broccoli, cheddar, and bacon.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden brown on top.
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
