  • 12 oz broccoli slaw
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp whole celery seed
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

  • Start by shredding the veggies. You will need mostly cabbage and broccoli stalk shredded and a minimal amount of carrots for a pop of color and nutrients with making it carrot and carb heavy.
  • If you are using the bag broccoli slaw, you can jump right into the recipe.
  • Add broccoli slaw, parsley, avocado oil mayonnaise, cider vinegar, and celery seed to a large glass bowl and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
  • Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for a couple hours to chill, if desired to meld the ingredients and flavors.
  • Enjoy!

Normally, coleslaw has mayo, cabbage, vinegar, and sugar. You should not eat it when you eat out unless you know that there is no sugar added.
If you want to make this keto recipe a little sweet, you can add a few drops of sugar substitute like liquid stevia or liquid monk fruit.
You can also add some olive oil to give a little more of a Mediterranean flavor or to add fat.
Another ingredient swap can be lemon juice in place of vinegar.
