  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • Start by cutting the cauliflower into pieces.
  • Next, arrange the cauliflower at the bottom of the air fryer basket so that the florets do not overlap.
  • Set the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 or until edges start to slightly brown.
  • While cauliflower is cooking, mix together Frank's Red Hot Sauce and Sriracha with the butter in a skillet.
  • Add in cooked cauliflower, and saute over medium/high heat for 10 minutes, stirring/flipping frequently.
  • Then, if you feel so inclined, serve the buffalo wing cauliflower sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese or with a side of ranch or blue cheese.
