How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower?

Start by cutting the cauliflower into cauliflower florets.

Cut Cauliflower

Next, arrange the cauliflower in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer basket so that the florets do not overlap.

Set the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 or until edges start to slightly brown.

While cauliflower is cooking, melt the butter and the Frank’s Red Hot Sauce in a skillet.

Add in cooked cauliflower into the skillet to coat the cauliflower, and saute for 1 minute stirring and flipping frequently.

Then, if you feel so inclined, serve the buffalo wing cauliflower sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese or with a side of low carb ranch or Creamy KETO Blue Cheese Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the cauliflower into pieces.
  • Next, arrange the cauliflower at the bottom of the air fryer basket so that the florets do not overlap.
  • Set the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 or until edges start to slightly brown.
  • While cauliflower is cooking, mix together Frank’s Red Hot Sauce and Sriracha with the butter in a skillet.
  • Add in cooked cauliflower, and saute over medium/high heat for 10 minutes, stirring/flipping frequently.
  • Then, if you feel so inclined, serve the buffalo wing cauliflower sprinkled with crumbled blue cheese or with a side of ranch or blue cheese.
