This Keto Chocolate Mousse is keto friendly with only 4 net carbs per serving. It is a dessert and should be eaten in moderation while on the Ketogenic Diet.
Keto Chocolate Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 drops monk fruit
- 8 drops stevia
- 3 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Sometime mousse is made with raw eggs, but we decided again using that method. If you want to This is an eggless chocolate mousse.
It would still be Keto friendly to use egg white, but the issues with eating raw eggs is not something we are willing to risk.
Garnish Ideas

You are also grate chocolate bars or chocolate fat bombs over the mouse as well.

How to make the Perfect Keto Chocolate Mousse?
Start by taking the cream cheese out of the fridge and let it soften on the counter.
Add the cream cheese to the stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Mix until the cream cheese is light and fluffy.
Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and remove any cream cheese from the paddle attachment.
Turn the mixer on slow and slowly add in the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract into the cream cheese.
Then, add in the stevia, monk fruit, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
Garnish with chocolate chips or Cacau nibs.
