This Palmini Lasagna is a game changer for meal prepping lunch and dinner in advance. Its a simple dinner that you can pop into the oven or microwave!

Here are the ingredients you can use to make this yummy Palmini Lasagna. You can get the amounts in the recipe card below.

Palmini Lasagna Noodles – These Palmini Lasagna Noodles are the real key to successfully making a low carb lasagna dish. I have made it with other low carb noodles and these are the only ones that taste good. The noodles are made from hearts of palm. You can order from Amazon here and try the out!

Ground Beef – I order my ground beef from Instacart and usually go for an organic 80/20 split. You can get your first order delivery free here from Instacart.

Marinara Sauce – I like to use no sugar added tomato sauce like this one from Whole Foods.

Cheese – I use Italian cheeses like parmesan, Romano, and Mozzarella in this Keto Lasagna. You can use all three or a combination of the three.

Palmini Lasagna

First, I start by making ground beef on the stove in a large batch that i portion out with Italian Spices and Salt. 

Break it up so that its loose and cooks quicker. Brown the beef so no pink is seen,  but don’t over cook since we will be reheating. 

Then, with a slotted spoon remove the beef and add to an oven safe dish.

Add marinara on top so that it mixes in with the ground beef.

Then, add a layer of palmini noodles on top covering the whole thing in one layer.

Next, add a smaller layer ground beef and marinara sauce. 

Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. 

Low Carb Lasagna

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 

Bake the Lasagna for 30 minutes. Serve Hot.

Bright Line Eating Modification

If you are using bright line eating, you can make this by layering 3 oz of ground beef on the bottom and add 4 oz of marinara on top. 

Then, add the palmini noodles layer. Ounces will vary depending on the size of container. 

Next, add one ounce of ground beef and one ounce of tomato sauce. 

Then, layer 1/2 ounce of Parmesan and 1/2 ounce mozzarella. 

Refrigerate for eating later or bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
