- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp coconut oil / coconut oil spray
How to make Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower?
Cut the flowers off the head of cauliflower breaking off the leaves and the stem.
Then, break the cauliflower flowers into bite sized pieces.
Set the oven to 400 degrees F.
Coat the cauliflower in coconut oil spray.
Then, sprinkle the turmeric along with salt and pepper over the cauliflower.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
