-2 cups water

-1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt or sea salt, plus more for seasoning

-1 tablespoon paprika

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

We cooked the Little Smokies in the Instant Pot on manual for 5 minutes. We then poured off some of the fat, leaving about 2 tablespoons. We threw in the spices and let it cook for 5 more minutes on manual, then we set the Instant Pot to saute mode until they were crispy.

Pour little smokies into the Instant Pot liner.
