You can make these low carb zucchini fries in the air fryer, oven, in a frying pan, or even a deep fryer. It is up to you! We have instructions for all of them with times.

All the cooking options taste great and it just depends what you are feeling that day. Personally, I am obsessed with air fryer because it is so easy and does not make a mess on my counter.

However, fried zucchini is very nostalgic for me and the smell and taste immediately brings me back to childhood.

Frying zucchini is an art in my house and I have been doing it for years with my mom. I would sit on the counter and watch her fry zucchini in a frying pan with 1/4 inch of oil.

They disappeared as fast as she could fry them especially on Sunday in an Italian household.

The instructions for deep frying, pan frying, air frying, and oven baked are in the body of this post. The recipe card at the bottom has the air frying instruction as well as the nutritional value and net carbs of each zucchini fry.
