To get net carbs for these green beans, you subtract the fiber from the carbs. That makes the net carbs for this side dish per serving, 4 net carbs. Therefore, this means that you should avoid eating the entire batch of air fried green beans because it will eat up your carb allowance for the day.
In other words, the entire recipe is 16 net carbs which will leave you with very little carbs to work with for the rest of the day.
Air Fryer Green Beans Ingredients
- Avocado Oil
- Green Beans
- Salt and Pepper
- Garlic Powder
If you don’t have avocado oil, you can use olive oil. You should drop the heat down to 370 degrees F and up the cook time to 12 minutes.
Olive oil has a lower smoke point than avocado oil and you don’t want to burn the very nice olive oil. The smoke point for avocado oil is extremely high at 520 degrees F.
