This recipe is really simple. First, you make up your ground beef and then you cook the broccoli with the Asian sauce! You dinner will be extremely filling and just the smell of it will have your mouth watering.

I love eating take out, but when you are eating a low carb diet, you have to be careful. They add sugar and corn starch to thicken sauces. You have to be careful when eating take out.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 head of Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp sesame seed oil

Beef and Broccoli Variations

In this recipe, we used soy sauce, but you can also use coconut aminos instead to stir fry the beef and veggies. Also, you can make the recipe gluten free by choosing a gluten free soy sauce.

If you do not have fresh broccoli, you can use frozen broccoli and reduce the cook time.

You can also layer this recipe over cauliflower rice, KETO Fried Rice, or Air Fryer Cauliflower for a more traditional Chinese dinner presentation and to stretch the dish to more guests.

If you eat cheese, you can also add a bit of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

How to make beef and broccoli?

Firstly, cut the head of broccoli into broccoli florets. 

In a skillet on medium heat, add avocado oil.

Then, add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Brown the beef.

Next, remove the beef and set aside using a slotted spoon. 

Add the broccoli florets into the skillet.

Next, add the soy sauce, vinegar, 

Sauté the broccoli for 3 minutes. 

Then, add the beef back into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes.

Then, add the sesame seed oil and cook for another minute.

Serve with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
