You will need an air fryer to make this. My favorite air fryer is the Ninja Foodi because you can also use it as a pressure cooker. You can learn more about it here and see the rest of our favorite Keto kitchen tools and gadgets.
How to Make Cauliflower in the Air Fryer?
Start by cutting up the cauliflower head into bite sized pieces.
In a bowl or zip lock bag, shake or mix to coat the cauliflower with avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
If you have spray olive oil, you can spray the cauliflower with olive oil in the air fryer. Then, sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Cook the cauliflower in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 400 degrees F.
The more cauliflower you have in the air fryer, the longer you will need to cook the cauliflower. You can set the air fryer to 15 minute or even 20 minutes if necessary.
Shake the cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket halfway through cooking.
When the cauliflower bites is done cooking in the air fryer, remove the fryer bucket and the cauliflower and set on a heat proof surface.

- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Start by cutting up the cauliflower head into bite sized pieces.
