Costco Microwave Bacon
My favorite protein from Costco is the microwave bacon. It makes it easier and less messy to make bacon in the morning.
I like my eggs over easy and then I use the bacon to dip in the egg yokes.

Costco Eggs
The bulk egg situation at Costco is awesome! I highly recommend skipping the regular grocery store eggs and getting bulk eggs instead.
With the Keto Diet, eggs are a key ingredient and a must have in your fridge!

Premier Protein Shakes
This is the best price I have seen on these Premier Protein Shakes. Each shake only has 2 net carbs.
They have chocolate, caramel, and vanilla shakes in bulk.
Costco Cheese
My Costco has an awesome cheese selection! I love getting my grated Parmesan on there because it comes in huge bags and lasts forever.
It’s not the fake Parmesan cheese that you get in the green containers. It’s legit cheese that tastes great!

As a cook looking for healthy options, I was sick of smoking olive oil in my house!!

Romaine Lettuce
If you are salad fan, this Romain lettuce pack is a great choice!
Everyone eats salads in my house and I love that it’s an easy way to bulk up a lunch or dinner.
I even throw Romain in soups like egg drop soup. After all, it is a vegetable too.
Lemons and Limes
Do you love fresh lemon in your water? I do! It’s a way to make your water a little more flavorful.

Spinach
You can’t beat spinach on the keto diet. It’s one of the best Keto vegetables out there.

Another awesome low carb vegetable choice is broccoli. There are only 4 net carbs per cup of broccoli.

You can make so much with almond flour on the Keto diet. It’s a low carb and gluten free flour and breading replacement.

Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo
Skip the regular mayo and go go avocado mayo instead.
Rao’s Sauce
This brand has the best low carb tomato sauce with the least amount of sugar that I have found with only 5 net carbs per 1/2 cup.
Costco Meatballs
These meatballs have saved me on many occasions from making bad choices. When you are hungry and just don’t feel like cooking these are lifesavers because you can microwave them or throw them in the air fryer.
For 5 Costco Meatballs, there are 5 net carbs, that is 1 carb per meatball. It is easy to remember and helps you control how much you eat on a low carb diet.
Not all frozen meatballs are created equal. Most of the ones I have bought elsewhere have a lot more carbs that these.

Almond Milk
Getting bulk almond milk is key for me since I am dairy free. My daughter gets the bulk regular milk and I get the sweetened and unsweetened almond milk in bulk so I can store it my pantry.
I use it for a mix with my Keto Collagen powder.
Coconut Oil
You can use coconut oil to cook and make all kinds of dishes. The Costco coconut oil is a great deal.

Almond Butter

Grass Fed Ground Beef
You can get grass fed ground beef from Costco. I think that they are perfectly portioned with 1.5 pounds in each package.

We love a good keto snack in our house to help add fat or some sweetness to your day.
Costco Peanut Butter
The Kirkland’s Organic Peanut Butter is a great choice if you are making your own fat bombs at home.
This peanut butter only has 3 grams of net carbs per serving which is 2 tbsp. If you are in a pinch and need something to snack on, you can eat a tablespoon of peanut butter on its own for only 1.5 grams of carbs. NOT too bad!
Protein Bars
These protein bars taste great and will do in a pinch for a snack.
The chocolate chip cookie dough bars have 3 net carbs a piece with 22g of carbs and 15g from fiber and 4 from Erythritol.
The chocolate brownie has 4 net carbs per bar with 23g of carbs and 15g from fiber and 4 from Erythritol.
Costco Beef Sticks
These beef sticks are a great choice for adding fat and protein into your Keto diet. They have 0 net carbs, 5 grams of protein, and 3.5 grams of fat per stick.
Costco Seaweed Snacks
These seaweed snacks are an easy grab and go food that you will add fat without adding carbs to your day. They have zero carbs and 1.5 grams of fat. With 1 gram of protein, they will not add too much to that total.
They also contain sodium, potassium, and iron which can help diminish the effects of Keto flu.
Whisps
These whisps are a delicious cracker like snack. They have 1 gram of carbs per 23 crips! It is pretty amazing how crispy they get them.
You can also use the cheese that you get from Costco to make your own cheese chips like these Cheese Crisps.
Avocado Mash
I love these mini avocado mash from Good Foods to snack on during the day. On single container of Avocado Mash has 1 gram of net carbs and 8 grams of fat.
They go great with pepperoni and pepperoni chips as well as ALMOND FLOUR Crackers Recipe.
Costco Pepperoni
You can get pepperoni in bulk to make chips and a quick snack as well a topping for a Cream Cheese Crust Low Carb Pizza.
Castelvetrano Olives
These are my favorite olives for snacking! They go great with the awesome cheese for a Costco cheese platter.
