Costco Microwave Bacon

My favorite protein from Costco is the microwave bacon. It makes it easier and less messy to make bacon in the morning.

I like my eggs over easy and then I use the bacon to dip in the egg yokes.

Let’s start with a few basic tips:

Costco Eggs

The bulk egg situation at Costco is awesome! I highly recommend skipping the regular grocery store eggs and getting bulk eggs instead.

With the Keto Diet, eggs are a key ingredient and a must have in your fridge!

They have chocolate, caramel, and vanilla shakes in bulk.

Costco Cheese

My Costco has an awesome cheese selection! I love getting my grated Parmesan on there because it comes in huge bags and lasts forever.

It’s not the fake Parmesan cheese that you get in the green containers. It’s legit cheese that tastes great!

Costco Meatballs

These meatballs have saved me on many occasions from making bad choices. When you are hungry and just don’t feel like cooking these are lifesavers because you can microwave them or throw them in the air fryer.

For 5 Costco Meatballs, there are 5 net carbs, that is 1 carb per meatball. It is easy to remember and helps you control how much you eat on a low carb diet.

Not all frozen meatballs are created equal. Most of the ones I have bought elsewhere have a lot more carbs that these.

Here are some of my favorite KETO Kitchen Tools and Gadgets that you have to check out!
